What is Junglee?
Junglee is an Indian moniker endearingly given to the wild, uninhibited and carefree. We are a culturally-inspired canned craft cocktail for the curious-minded. Around here, we keep it high-quality, all natural, gluten-free, non-GMO, premium—on the best.
What is the alcohol content in your premium canned cocktails?
7% ABV per oz can
What types of alcohols are being used?
We use premium vodka for the Aam-panna (Green Mango Smash) and Shinkaji (Indian Spiced Lemonade).
We use agave tequila sourced from Mexico for the Tamarind Margarita.
What exactly is Junglee made of?
We aspire to be fully transparent on what you’re drinking: Which is why Junglee Cocktails are made of water, real fruit juice, all natural flavors and premium spirits.
They’re high-quality, all natural, gluten-free and non-GMO.
Can I use Junglee a mixer for other cocktails??

Where do you ship?
This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.
We ship to all states in the continental US,
except for Alabama, Arkansas, Michigan, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, Utah.
NOTE: ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL REQUIRE AN ADULT (21 YEARS OR OLDER) SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY!
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
Yes, it’s alcohol buddy. You must be present to sign for your shipment with a valid ID stating you’re of legal age (21+ in these parts). Unfortunately, packages containing alcohol cannot be left on your doorstep.
Please plan accordingly by entering a shipping address and date that will allow someone 21 years or older to be available in person to sign for the package, and by keeping a valid form of ID on hand.
Carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol unattended, even if you have a signature on file. If you are not able to be at home to receive your mezcal during normal business hours, we recommend having it shipped to your place of work, or opting to have your shipment held at the nearest FedEx or UPS pick-up location
If someone 21+ is not home, the carrier will make 2 more attempts to deliver. If the 3rd attempt is unsuccessful, the order is returned to the retailer who fulfilled your order.
What is the Shipping time frame?
When your package has been created with a shipping label and has been sent out into the mail stream, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Orders are shipped from fulfillment centers in CT, NY, and FL, and generally take 1-7 business days for delivery when shipped ground.
Orders to Oklahoma and Texas may take slightly longer, due to the use of local carriers in those states.
An online order can take up to 7-14 business days to be delivered depending on the carrier and the shipping address.
If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received a tracking email, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
We recommend that customers place orders early in the week to decrease the likelihood that an order sits in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
Shipment and Fulfillment Estimated Times
The fulfillment time in the warehouse from the order being created in the system to leave the warehouse is 1-3 business days.
The time to ship after the fulfillment time is:
1-7 business days depending on the location.
*In very specific cases in can take up to 14 business days
How long does it take for an order to ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days but it can take up to 3-4 business days in some instances depending on product availability and when the carrier picks up. Our network of retailers fulfilling your order ship Monday – Friday 9-5 PM. Orders are not fulfilled on bank holidays and weekends. Depending on your location, orders will be delivered within 2-14 business days after shipment. From time to time, there may be some delays
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been fulfilled. If you have not received the email yet, please check your promotions, junk, and spam folders before reaching out as the email sometimes ends up there.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Orders cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box, because all orders require an Adult Signature.
Can I add or remove a product from my order?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. All sales are final.

Junglee is currently available in retail locations across New York & New Jersey & CT.

What is your return/refund policy?
For Junglee to be compliant with liquor laws, your order is processed and fulfilled by a licensed liquor retailer. This means the retailer decides whether to accept a return / issue a refund. Generally, refunds will only be issued for severe damage to the product. We are happy to work with the retailer to discuss any issues you may have.

Can I get a Refund on my order?
All orders are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if you receive your order and it has been damaged during shipment, the goods you received does not match your order, or there is anything missing from your order, email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the shipment with a description of the damages or incorrect items and you must include pictures. We replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.
Once the evidence of the damaged or incorrect goods is received and inspected or an undeliverable item is returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you enter an incorrect delivery address in connection with your order, or otherwise fail to sign for your order upon delivery, email us at [email protected] .
If your order is returned to the sender, you will be able to receive a refund for the cost of your item, minus any applicable shipping costs and a tax.
My product arrived damaged; can I return it?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at [email protected] with a picture of the damage and they will assist you.

Can I return my product?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns as alcohol products cannot be shipped by a final customer.
I ordered multiple products, but I only received some of them. What happens next?
Sometimes when multiple boxes are shipped, different tracking links are generated per order and in very few cases some can be lost or misplaced. Please reach out to customer service at [email protected] so we can look into it and help you
